Downtime Performance Protection Program

Purchase a select commercial walk-behind or
rider used for commercial cutting, and receive the Mark Williams
Zero-Downtime Performance Program. If you bring your mower
in for repair, it will be repaired within 24 Hours or you
will receive a comparable machine as a loaner free of charge
until your machine is completed. The customer agrees to return
the loaner within 24 hours of notification after repair completion.
The Performance Protection Package Program remains in effect
until the end of the calendar year. This program will be
a free of charge benefit from time of intial purchase until
the end of the calendar year. Also, the Zero Downtime Performance
Protection Package may be purchased at anytime during the
machine (original owner) according to the posted fee schedule.
The additional Zero-Downtime performance package may be purchased
at any time and will entitle the owner to all the benefits
of the program from the time of purchase until the end of
the calendar year. All un-repaired reported problems are
subject to exclusion to the Zero-Downtime Guarantee.
